The Woman's Clinic, P.A. We welcome the opportunity to be a part of your total health care needs. All office hours are by appointment and we regularly accept new patients. The Woman's Clinic is currently a provider on nearly all Insurance plans in the area. We are signing up with new insurance plans all the time. If you do not see our physicians on your list, call us for updated information
     

Appointments can be made instantly online, via telephone, or using email with a response within 24 hours.

   There are three easy ways an appointment can be scheduled.
  • Online: If you are already a patient of The Woman's Clinic, you can use the "Patients Only" section of this site. Through your personal "My Records" location you can select the appointment times that best fit your busy schedule.

  • Phone: Our regular office hours are between 8am and 5pm. Simply telephone us during this time and one of our appointment specialists will schedule a visit for you in a timely and convenient manner.

  • Email: Alternatively, you may send us your request by email. We will respond to your request within 24 hours.
     

Obtain a referral from a primary physician if necessary before making your appointment. Payment or copay for services is due at the time of visit.

   Check your individual insurance requirements before contacting us. Many health plans require that you have a referral from a primary care physician before you can be seen in our office. Failure to do so could jeopardize your claim and cause your insurance company to reject payment for your services. Fortunately, most health plans now allow you to access your Ob-gyn without a referral. However, in most cases our name must be listed on your card. If it does not, the change must be made with the insurance company prior to your appointment time. Finally, payment or copay for services are due at the time of your visit unless arrangements have been made otherwise.
     

Fill out our online registration form to shorten your visit time. At least 1 day advance notice of cancellation is requested.

 

 

Once your appointment has been made, fill out our online registration form. This will expedite your visit and save you valuable time. Always bring your insurance card along with you. Your card contains essential information necessary to file your claims in a timely manner. If you have arranged an appointment but your plans must change, notify our office by the day prior to your visit if at all possible. This will allow us to find another time for your visit and open up time for other patients who must be seen.
