Brooke Keathley’s journey into medicine began in her hometown of Batesville, Arkansas, where a successful lifesaving experience as a young lifeguard sparked a lifelong calling to help others. She began her career handling high-complexity care in the Surgical Intensive Care Unit at Baptist Health Little Rock, a foundational experience that fueled her passion for learning. While her initial dream was to travel the country as a travel nurse, those plans beautifully changed during her time in nursing school at UAMS when she met her husband. They have been happily together since 2002, building their life and family right here in Arkansas.
Brooke furthered her career at UAMS as a board-certified Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner, dedicating 17 years to complex obstetrics and maternal-fetal medicine. Now bringing nearly two decades of clinical excellence to The Woman’s Clinic, she remains a dedicated, lifelong learner who values fresh perspectives. While she maintains a deep love for managing high-risk pregnancies, navigating her own personal journey through perimenopause has inspired a fierce new passion for supporting women through the menopause transition and midlife health.
Brooke views healthcare as a true partnership. She loves listening to her patients, understanding their unique points of view, and guiding them with the empathy and education they need to make confident decisions about their own well-being.
Outside of the clinic, Brooke loves traveling to new places with her husband, spending quality time with friends, and cheering on her daughter at volleyball games and her son at baseball games. Now that her teenagers are officially “too cool” for her, she gets her daily dose of unconditional love from her two French bulldog children, who still think she is the center of the universe.
